Payroll/Collections/Accounting Administrator

The Waldinger Corporation is looking for a passionate Payroll / Collections Administrator to join our growing organization!? This individual must possess initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job duties will include time keeping, input craft payroll for branch service departments, call on past due accounts, assist with customers with billing questions, monthly statements, and provide support to Service Department.?   • 2 years Payroll administration, preferably with craft payroll

  • Fantastic Customer Service skills; experience with Collections preferred

  • Initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Good Excel skills

  • Very detail oriented

  • Ability to interact with customers and co-workers professionally

  • Associates Degree preferred or a high school degree with?equivalent?work experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
