Here's where you come in. As a Pharmacy Technician, your contributions will extend beyond fulfilling prescriptions. You'll incorporate your knowledge of specialty medications with compounding infusion medications. This role is equally challenging and rewarding. Strong attention to detail and computer skills are required as you confirm prescription orders and information for the automated fulfillment for accuracy. It's a fast paced, high volume environment where accuracy is essential. The role also requires you to monitor products that have been recalled to ensure safety protocols are followed.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Inventory and purchasing management

  • Making calls to patients regarding refills and scheduling deliveries

  • Confirming supply and medication orders with patient

  • Updating medication profiles for patients

  • Processing and preparing orders for shipment and delivery

  • Compounding IV specialty medications both acute and chronic while adhering to USP797 guidelines

  • Working with a team of Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacists, and Nurses

?Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

  • State of NE Pharmacy Tech License OR National Pharmacy Tech Certification

  • 3+ years of pharmacy related experience

  • 1+ years of?IV (infusion) compounding experience

  • Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system application

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
