Our Manager Trainee program is designed to provide a fast track into management opportunities within our company. Our manager trainee candidates train at a Door Center location alongside management staff. They complete a detailed 5-7 month training plan, learning the operations of running a Door Center. At the end of the training program, Amarr will relocate the manager trainee and his/her family to another Door Center where you would be placed in a permanent Manager role. From there, the sky is the limit. No previous management experience is required. See the country; get an opportunity to move to a new place on the company's dime!
Move up and get paid! Get a significant raise after only 5-7 months! Start as an MT at a competitive starting salary (Mid to High $30's DOE) and have the opportunity for a promotion and raise after your training is complete (5-7 months). Total first year salary low to mid $40's DOE.
o Assist in location warehousing and production phases (loading, unloading, etc.)
o Assist in administrative and business functions. Performs tasks as directed
o Develop and administer inventory controls
o Ensure performance of priority requests, which affect production, sales or service
o Assist with work and production schedules
o Performs coordinating task in absence of General Manager or Service Manager
o Maintain and practice company safety policies and procedures
o Inventory Management
o Quality Assurance
o Provide excellent customer service
o Perform other duties as required
o Ability to relocate nationwide after training (Amarr provides relocation)
o Must pass drug test and extensive criminal background investigation
o A "go getter" attitude and willingness to work hard
o A desire to become an Amarr Manager and run your own Door Center
o Completion of 5-7 month training program

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
