The Regional Sales Manager is a member of the Property Management Team. The key responsibility of this position is to reach or exceed budgeted hotel room revenue for defined market segments. This is achieved through identifying and executing strategies to increase the customer base and by enhancing and maintaining customer relations. The Regional Sales Manager will have the opportunity to utilize his/her skills and talents to:
Make daily contact with current and potential customers via in-person appointments, telephone calls, written correspondence, property tours and community involvement activities
Utilize effective customer contact, trace and file system and prepare weekly productivity reports on all sales activity
Maintain accurate room figures and booking records including gross revenues
Ensure all terms and functions are adhered to according to customer contracts
Ensure all sales collateral is current, accurate and portrays a professional image for the marketplace
Participate and/or attend hospitality and community organizations/events to include the local chamber, CVB, and other community/networking events
Attend weekend adn evening events/tradeshows/tournaments to directly promote the hotel as needed

The ideal Regional Sales Manager will present the following:
3 + years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
Hotel industry experience required for new properties, strongly preferred for existing properties
Related college degree or related work experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer service skills to include problem-solving and complaint resolution
Intermediate word processing, spreadsheet, datatbase adn Internet skils
Ability to work independently, exercising good judgment and discretion
Self-starter with high degree of initiative

Hampton Inn-Brookfield (west Milwaukee suburb), WI
Hampton Inn-West Des Moines, IA
This outside sales position is responsible for generating topline revenue and securing new business for these hotels. This position may work remotely with periodic visits/travel to each of these hotels over the course of year. Please apply today!

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
