DUTIES: Responsible for quality assurance functions in the Yahoo! Factory assembly department by maintaining high quality standards, managing technical requirements, implementing business solutions to drive operational improvements in service level and quality, and overseeing document control for all Yahoo! Factory process documentation, elevation maps, and work orders. Duties include:
1. Leading quality assurance functions for Y! Factory assembly production
2. Responsible for Yahoo Flow Acceptance process and wipe stations, and all debugging of issues
3. On-site lead for factory software tracking tickets and issues
4. Ensuring all data for factory deliverables are loaded as required into factory systems
5. Ensuring compliance with the organizations policies and procedures, as well as the safety standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Development or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience.
Alternate education and experience requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Development or a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience.
Special Skills: Project management; enterprise class data center operations; Perl programming; network administration
Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable
WORKSITE: La Vista, Nebraska
SALARY: $62,691 to $82,691 per year
