Responsibilities:
Use of excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and co-workers.
Assist customers with product and service information; address customer concerns as required.
Schedule service calls for maintenance and repair, dispatch technicians as needed.
Partner with Service Technician to exceed customer's expectations.
Work with Customer Service Manager to ensure proper customer support is being delivered.
Responsible for ordering and entering parts into inventory.
Sort incoming paperwork from technicians.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' customer support experience preferred.
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Strong phone skills with the ability to actively listen and communicate.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt/respond to different situations in a calm manner.
