9K a year Housekeeper/Groundskeeper Seeking a housekeeper/groundskeeper to clean apartment buildings, common areas, and clubhouses.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning of clubhouse and office.
Cleaning of weight rooms (thoroughly wiping down equipment).
Cleaning of restrooms (cleaning toilet bowls, mopping floors, replenishing toilet paper etc.
).
Cleaning of party room.
Trash removal from clubhouses, offices, parking lots, driveways,buildings, pools, and common areas Sprucing vacant apartments.
Vacuum/carpet cleaning of hallways Perform any additional needed cleaning of hallways.
Performs other reasonable duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must have and maintain personal auto insurance.
