Responsibilities:
Provides support services to the plant engineering department to insure the efficient utilization of plant resources and continued improvement of equipment reliability.
This includes filing/retrieval of documents, data processing of the PM (Preventative Maintenance) system, management of the equipment inventory and updating the weekly maintenance planning schedule.
Maintains weekly maintenance schedule for the Maintenance Reliability Improvement Process Collects, organizes, and presents the mechanical division and upper management with data and charts in a clear, concise manner so we can evaluate progress on our reliability initiative Maintains computerized Preventative Maintenance System.
Maintains Plant Engineering filing system Maintains the environmental compliance/contractor records Maintains accurate record of equipment inventory and updates plant layouts Maintains accurate log of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Prepares and coordinates training and orientation programs for maintenance personnel Maintains the plant paging system Minimum Requirements:
Must be 18 years old Must be willing to work overtime Must be authorized to work in the United States Minimum of high school/GED Minimum of two years of consistent relevant engineering clerk experience.
